We love good food. We just don't want to spend our whole evening making it. Our Thermomix chops, weighs, mixes, cooks and cleans up rather nicely too — leaving more time for everything else. Including four dogs who remain convinced that everything we cook is for them.

Because there are better things to do than spend all evening in the kitchen. We use our Thermomix to make everyday cooking simpler — without giving up the food we actually want to eat.
Chop, weigh, mix, cook, steam and blend — without covering the kitchen in pans and creating a washing-up mountain.
Proper everyday meals made with ingredients you actually recognise — from quick dinners to things made from scratch.
Less faffing around in the kitchen. More time for everything else — including four dogs who consider dinner a team activity.

Dinner for us. Something for them. Without cooking everything twice.
A lot of what we cook starts with the same simple ingredients. So, when they're suitable for the dogs, we can share some of those ingredients or take out their portion before we finish ours.
Their bowls come out first. Then we add the seasonings, flavours and extras meant for humans and carry on with dinner.
It's simple, practical and means one cooking session can feed us while four extremely interested quality-control officers supervise proceedings.
Orion, Phoebe, Belle and Leo. Four dogs. Four very different personalities. One shared belief that anything happening in the kitchen probably concerns them.
They take quality control extremely seriously.
We've had our Thermomix for over a year and it has quietly become one of the most-used things in our kitchen. Not because we stopped cooking — but because it makes a lot of the cooking easier.
Chopping, weighing, mixing and blending without covering half the kitchen in bowls.
Soups, sauces, curries, doughs, steaming and everyday dinners without constantly watching the hob.
Not the entire kitchen, sadly. But the pre-clean function certainly makes life easier.
Less hovering over dinner means more time for everything we'd rather be doing.
It's not about becoming a different kind of cook. It's about making the cooking we already enjoy a little simpler.

We've been cooking with our Thermomix for over a year, and somewhere along the way it simply became part of how we cook.
Meals & Mutts grew out of that — good everyday food, four permanently interested dogs, and our belief that dinner really doesn't need to become an evening-long production.
